HPS Training System

The HPS Training System was designed and built for a company that trains professional athletes. My partner and I spent a lot of time on site with the staff, watching how they performed their jobs. We made a lot of adjustments to the interface based on our observations, including adopting expressions and language used by the trainers and studying their workflow to make the application fit as seamlessly as possible... Shopping Center Directory on CD-ROM

In 1999, datapanik was invited by Webcom Limited (the printers of the paper edition) to build a custom application for National Research Bureau (NRB) in Chicago, USA. We took the old version of the application, examined it in detail, and then embarked on a thorough process of requirements analysis and cooperative design before building a new application which is still being used to this day...
